I'm Erika Uram, a REALTOR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist with Keller Williams Realty East Valley. Across ten years and 190 closed transactions, I've worked with buyers and sellers all over the greater Phoenix metro: first-time buyers stretching to get into Chandler, families right-sizing out in Queen Creek, and longtime owners finally ready to hand off the house they raised their kids in.
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation is more than letters after my name. A lot of my work is helping seniors and their adult children through a move that carries decades of history with it, often on a timeline nobody chose. That work taught me to slow down, explain something twice if it needs explaining twice, and keep a transaction steady when the stakes feel personal.
What I hear most from clients is that they never felt like just another transaction. I answer my own phone, I tell you what happens next before you have to ask, and I will tell you when a house is wrong for you even if it costs me the sale.
